To start your journey with us we book you a complimentary consultation with one of our experienced stylists before your first colour appointment. This allows us to meet, understand your hair history, plan your hair journey and tailor it to fit your needs. We may also require a patch test if you have any skin sensitivities or a hair strand test for thermal or chemically compromised hair. Once our consultation is complete we can offer an accurate quote for your first colour appointment with us.

Transformation takes time

During your consultation you will receive an estimated time frame for your colour appointment. Please allow enough time on the day of your appointment. We truly appreciate your time and ours and we want to make your experience as relaxing as possible and not feel like you have to rush out the door but rather float out, feeling transformed and fabulous.


During your appointment your stylist will go through a maintenance plan curated especially for you. Including home care and follow up appointments as needed.
Home care is highly recommended to help maintain the longevity of your service and maintain your hair, scalp and/or skin health.

Wait 48 hours before you wash your hair after your appointment. Allow the oxidation of the colour pigments or treatment to secure to the hair strands for this period and this will help to reduce colour fade.

Booking + Cancellation Policy

We send appointment confirmations 5 days in advance and a gentle reminder 3 days out. If our messages miss you, please do keep your appointment top of mind to avoid late arrivals or missed sessions, and the associated cancellation fee.

Our policy helps us offer available spots to clients on our waitlist, supporting our small business. For changes, please reach out via phone, text, or email—social media messages can’t be accepted.

All online bookings require payment in full at the time of booking. Cancellations and/or rescheduling cannot be refunded within the 48hrs before your scheduled appointment.


A $100 deposit for colour/highlighting and $50 for haircut/style/naturopath/head spa appointments is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable at your time of service.

External Agents

We are exposed daily to external agents that aid in drying and damaging the hair and scalp. Such as air pollution, sun exposure, saltwater, pool chlorine, tank water, hard water, chlorinated water, sand and dirt. Any of these factors can compromise the colour and/or treatments’ lasting results.

Cancellation Policy

In consideration of our time and others, we require 48 hours notice via phone call or text only ( please not through social media accounts). If 48 hours is not given to cancel or reschedule, we may charge a standard fee based on the time that has been reserved for you. No-shows are included under this policy.

You will receive a SMS confirmation 72 hours before your appointment time.

Late Arrivals

In consideration of our time and others, we are unable to provide full service to you if you are more than 15 minutes late. Alternative options may be accommodated at this time.

Our Pricing

Our pricing is based on application time and amount of product used, which is all discussed and an estimated quote given during your consultation. We will always work with you, consider your budget during your consultation and provide options.

Sustainable Salon Fee

All salon services will incur a $3 Sustainable Salons fee. Please note that we do not profit from this fee financially. This fee helps us to reduce our environmental footprint and minimise waste. 100% of all proceeds gained from recycling salon waste through Sustainable Salons is donated to charitable organisations, To find out more about Sustainable Salons Australia please visit


As part of our COVID Policy we ask that you attend your appointment alone. If your child has an appointment with us, we ask that only one (1) parent/guardian attend with them.
